Thomas Adrian is a Senior Counsel attorney at Hinkle Law Firm, focusing a significant amount of his practice in state wide water law regulations, dispute resolution and planning. His experience in water law began in the mid 1970’s and his involvement in the various areas of water law remains a focus. Beyond his work in water law, his practice includes estate planning, healthcare law and farm law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Adrian has been honored by numerous reputable organizations for his outstanding service and dedication to the community. In 2001, the Kansas Bar Association presented him with the ‘Outstanding Service Award’ for his contributions to the legal profession. He received this award again in 2014 in recognition of his exceptional work, leadership, and charitable efforts.

Based in North Newton, Kansas, Mr. Adrian is a dedicated community leader, actively serving on various boards. In 1988, the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce named him ‘Citizen of the Year’ for his long-standing and exceptional community service.
